We are looking for a skilled, confident, experienced Full Stack Developer & Trainer who can contribute to real-world web development projects while effectively mentoring, guiding, training students and junior developers.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of frontend, backend, cloud technologies (AWS), and Generative AI tools, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly through hands-on training and project-based learning.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates applying for the trainer aspect of the role should be comfortable with:
- Delivering classroom and practical coding sessions.
- Explaining technical concepts to learners with different skill levels.
- Conducting live coding demonstrations.
- Creating or following structured learning modules.
- Providing project guidance and resolving students' technical queries.
