Role & responsibilities:
- The Site engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing machine spray plastering operations at construction sites.
- The candidate must ensure smooth coordination of machine setup, operation, and maintenance while supervising on-ground site execution.
- This role is critical to ensure the successful deployment of advanced plastering technology across projects. It improves operational efficiency, reduces manual dependency, and enhances finish quality, leading to better client satisfaction and faster project turnaround.
- Site coordination and execution for machine plaster application
- Ensure machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor surface preparation and plaster mix application




- Supervise workers and provide in office training for spray application
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate with the project team
- Ensure safety and quality standards at the site

Preferred candidate profile
- At first will be deployed to Calicut, then will operate from Gujarat and Maharashtra,Candidate must be willing to travel outside maharashtra.
- Prior experience in machine plastering is highly preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in building materials application, preferably in site execution or machine plastering.
