Position: Technical Sales Executive / BDE

Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years of experience in Personal Care Ingredients / Specialty Chemicals / B2B Technical Sales.
- Candidate should be smart, confident, well-presented, and skilled.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong technical understanding of personal care ingredients and applications.
- Experience dealing with personal care manufacturers, formulators, R&D;, and purchase teams preferred.
- Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Cosmetology background preferred.

Key Responsibilities:




- Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ingredients.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
