Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Conduct market visits and client meetings when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain customer records and regular sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.





Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Candidates from relevant sales backgrounds are preferred.
