About the Role

We are looking for a
Customer Success Associate
who is energetic, people-friendly and eager to learn.

You will work closely with our
brand partners, B2B clients and internal teams
to ensure their cashback and product-scan programs run smoothly and customers receive a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with brand and B2B clients.




- Understand client requirements and help them successfully use Verify App.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Monitor cashback/product-scan campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
- Handle customer and partner queries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and support their ongoing requirements.
- Assist the sales team with B2B client onboarding and account management.
- Prepare basic reports, campaign updates and client communication.
- Identify customer issues and proactively find solutions.
- Learn the Verify App product and understand how brands use loyalty and cashback programs to grow their business.
