Job Description: Key Account Manager (KAM) – CEV OEM

Department: Institutional & Corporate Fleet Sales
Reports To: Head of Sales / Director of Strategic Accounts

Role Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) – CEV is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with our high-value clients, including infrastructure conglomerates, mining companies, government bodies, and mega-rental fleets. As a techno-commercial manager, you will drive revenue growth by securing large-scale fleet orders, managing complex Request for Quotation (RFQ) cycles, and maximizing lifecycle aftermarket revenue.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for top-tier enterprise clients.
- Build deep relationships with C-level executives and procurement heads.
- Create customized, long-term account growth plans for each major client.




- Conduct regular business reviews to align our production with client timelines.

Commercial Excellence & Deal Structuring
- Lead end-to-end responses for high-value corporate and government clients.
- Structure commercial proposals including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.

Technical Expertise & Compliance
- Collaborate with client project leads to recommend the right equipment configurations.
- Coordinate field trials, product approvals, and technical validations with engineering.
- Partner with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Aftermarket & Lifecycle Growth
- Secure secondary revenue streams through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Position and sell genuine OEM spare parts packages with every fleet sale.
- Resolve escalated warranty claims and service delivery issues swiftly.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business
