As a Test Manager in Software Testing, you will play a critical role in leading and managing multiple quality assurance teams of a particular stream in healthcare. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing the creation and execution of test plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing effective testing.

What you'll do




- 12+ Years’ experience in the software industry with experience in testing, predominantly in the healthcare domain.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Leads and engineers, setting transparent expectations and guiding their professional growth.
- Complete ownership of testing deliverables, quality, and timelines.
- Review and provide inputs in test plans, test strategy, and road map.
- Oversee the testing deliverable and make sure high quality is achieved in stipulated timelines.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand project goals and ensure a comprehensive and competent team setup.
- Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and team performance.
- Balances technical and managerial responsibilities, including budgeting and staffing decisions.
- Acts as a liaison between engineering teams and management.
