Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Procurement qualified to manage the sourcing and procurement of industrial materials, equipment, components, and services. The role will be responsible for supplier identification and development, commercial negotiations, purchase planning, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining required quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for industrial materials, equipment, spares, consumables, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and analyse quotations, conduct commercial comparisons, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and contracts.
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approved requirements and procurement policies.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and compliance.




- Drive cost savings through competitive sourcing, negotiation, alternate suppliers, value engineering, and supplier consolidation.
- Manage RFQs, tendering, rate contracts, and long-term supply agreements where applicable.
- Track material availability and proactively resolve supply delays, shortages, and commercial issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchase documentation.
- Support inventory optimization and working-capital reduction initiatives.
- Conduct market and supplier research to identify cost, technology, and supply-chain opportunities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, quality requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
