Job Description Recruiter

Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: 4.2 LPA - 4.5 LPA

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment preferred

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.

Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Handle candidate communication and resolve recruitment-related queries.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Prior experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.

Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
