Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Accounts Executive to support and manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities.

The candidate will work with Tally Prime, purchase and sales entries, invoices, payments, receipts, bank entries, GST-related records, Excel reports and office documentation.

The candidate should be willing to learn and gradually take responsibility for the company's complete accounting process.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally Prime.
- Enter receipts, payments and expenses in Tally.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Maintain cash and bank entries.
- Prepare invoices and accounting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices and vouchers.
- Check customer and supplier outstanding balances.
- Assist with bank reconciliation.
- Assist with GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Assist with TDS-related accounting work.
- Maintain records in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare weekly accounting and sales/purchase reports.
- Handle basic email communication through Gmail.




- Collect and organize bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments.
- Assist the company in maintaining proper accounting records.
- Learn the company's accounting procedures and gradually take more responsibility.

Required SkillsMandatory
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST.
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to enter purchase and sales invoices accurately.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.

Preferred
- Previous experience in Tally.
- Experience in purchase and sales entries.
- Knowledge of GST.
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading or engineering company.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of customer and supplier outstanding.
- Basic knowledge of TDS.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com preferred.
- BBA / M.Com / other commerce or acc
