Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the implementation of loyalty and engagement solutions. The associate will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating corporate outreach activities.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings. The role also includes supporting training sessions for clients and internal staff on Xapa’s solutions and documenting sales and marketing activities for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service and client relationship skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term partnerships.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to identify leads, close deals, and support campaign execution.
- Training skills to assist in onboarding clients and team members on platform features and engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-maki
