Role Overview

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting Oblytechs business growth through outbound sales, prospect engagement, opportunity development, and qualified meeting generation across international markets.

This is a hands-on B2B sales role suited for someone with experience in IT services, technology consulting, SaaS, software development, or related service-based businesses. The role requires strong communication skills, sales discipline, ownership,



follow-up ability, and comfort working toward measurable business development targets.

The ideal candidate should be able to engage with potential clients professionally, understand business needs, qualify opportunities, coordinate internally, and help build a consistent sales pipeline for the company.

This is not a field sales, account management, marketing-only, or purely administrative role. The primary focus is inside sales, outbound engagement, lead qualification, meeting generation, and pipeline development.
