Role Overview
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will act as a link between our clients and internal creative and production teams.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating project activities, following up with internal teams and clients, tracking project timelines, managing feedback, and ensuring smooth and timely project delivery.
This is a fresher-friendly role and is ideal for candidates who are interested in client servicing, real estate, architecture, design, visualisation, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and project briefs.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, 3D, design, video, and production teams for project execution.
- Assist in managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, briefs, and communication records.
- Follow up with clients for required drawings, references, content, approvals, and feedback.
- Coordinate client feedback and communicate revisions clearly to the relevant internal teams.
- Track project progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Keep clients updated about project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, project updates, and reports.
- Review basic project deliverables to ensure they are aligned with the client's requirements and approved brief.
- Identify and report project delays, scope changes, or client concerns to the reporting manager.
