Pre-Sales Solution Engineer: Telecom & IT Infra

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Solution engineer / Expert will be expected to Own the design and finalization of overall ICT solution for opportunities / projects by collaborating with clients and determine requirements.
- Lead the design phase of the solution, participate to verify that the design is installed, configured and documented correctly Provide subject matter expertise for Integrated solutions while creating assimilated technical solutions that focus on customers business needs.
- Understanding of ICT infra components in Data Centre/ Disaster Recovery Centre, cloud and their performance.
- Understand the customer business issues/opportunities & translate it into technical solution/business requirements.
- Deliver successful Proof of Concept engagements that demonstrate solution outcome mapping to customer needs
- Anchor RFP response and proposals to the clients from a Technical perspective.
- Support the development and implementation of new business opportunities.
- Involve in qualification of opportunities,



solution design, project and support estimates, customer presentations, building relevant demos and proof of concepts, answering tender responses and creating supporting proposals.
- The role holder will work closely with the sales and bid teams on existing opportunities and will be used to inputting into the complete sales life cycle .

Desired Skills and Experience:
Tech Pre-Sales, Solution Design, RFP, RFI response, Technical Consulting
Strong understanding in IT Governance, Server , Storage , Networking Devices, end-to-end Data Centre Solutioning, Smart city solutioning and Consulting. cyber security, Vulnerability management and Application scanning,
Sound understanding of Enterprise Security Solutions such as WAF, IPS/IDS, DDoS, Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Malware, Database activity monitoring, Data Loss prevention, Proxy solutions and SIEM tool
Actively source for current technologies and innovative s
