This role is responsible for business development, branch operations, supply management and safety compliance related to EMS business. This role plays a pivotal role in EMS revenue retention and expansion. Talent development & management is crucial to this role.

- Responsible for efficient utilization of available resources and ensure high level of productivity
- Responsible for customer retention through productive operations on ground
- Responsible for business development and expansion of Branch revenue
- Responsible for adoption of technology platforms and bring in process improvements across functions
- Responsible for zero accidents and protected travel of customer employees always
