Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the US trucking and logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US-based clients, understanding of the US logistics/trucking market, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads within the US trucking and logistics industry.
- Identify potential US clients and develop strong business relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales activities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable logistics/business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with US-based clients.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Mandatory experience in US trucking, transportation, or logistics.
- Previous experience working with US-based clients is required.
- Strong understanding of the US trucking/logistics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
