Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Follow-up: Assist the Marketing team in following up with existing and prospective customers through email and telephone.
2. Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers for the HPC Division.
3. Enquiry Generation: Support the team in generating recent enquiries through regular follow-ups with existing customers and prospective clients.
4. New Product Promotion: Assist in introducing new products to customers and coordinating product samples, trials, enquiries, and feedback.
5. Sales & Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to support smooth execution of customer requirements.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining customer records, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses to customer requirements.
8. MIS & Reporting:



Prepare and update daily/weekly MIS related to enquiries, customer follow-ups, sales activities, samples, and business development.
9. Sales Support: Assist the Marketing/Sales team with quotations, order follow-ups, customer data, reports, presentations, and other sales-related activities.
10. Other Responsibilities: Support the team in various Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Coordination activities as assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM pursuing candidate specializing in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields.
- Candidates looking for a Marketing/Sales Internship as part of their MBA curriculum will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
