We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, convert leads into admissions, and achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct course presentations and explain fees, curriculum and career opportunities.
- Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain lead and admission records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.





Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education sales, counselling, EdTech or tele-sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
