Operations Executive

Your day-to-day will revolve around keeping campaigns and operations on track — through data, coordination, follow-ups, and explicit communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, and project dashboards
- Compile, organize, and clean data from operations, vendors, and city teams
- Coordinate closely with the Campaign Manager team to track campaign progress, deliverables, and timelines
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and city teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Track campaign updates and flag delays, gaps, or issues to the relevant team
- Prepare neat summaries, reports, and presentations for internal reviews
- Draft emails, meeting notes, and status updates clearly and promptly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all campaign-related information is updated regularly
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up research, reports, data work, and drafts

WHAT WE NEED
- Excel confidence — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, and clean data formatting




- Good written English — emails and reports that are clear, structured, and error-free
- Good communication skills — comfortable coordinating with different teams and following up on tasks
- Comfortable speaking up — in team meetings, reviews, and client interactions
- Ownership mindset — you follow through without being reminded
- Attention to detail — you can spot errors, missing information, and inconsistencies in data
- Open to using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
- Organized and proactive — able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time

Degree in B.Com / BMS / BBA / B.Sc. or equivalent. 1-2 year experience. Freshers welcome.
