Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Sr. HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience handling employees across different departments and levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical, sales, and support functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants
- Conduct screening, interviews, coordination,



and onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reportsEmployee Engagement & HR Operations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR documentation

Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance review processes
- Monitor employee performance and support departmental managers
- Implement HR policies and process improvements

Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation coordination
- Support POSH committee activities and employee awareness initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Administration & Coordination
