Role Description
The Geography Teacher will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Geography instruction to students preparing for UPSC and BPSC examinations. The role involves planning and conducting engaging, syllabus-oriented classes covering Physical Geography, Indian Geography, World Geography, Human Geography, Economic Geography, Environment, and relevant current affairs. Responsibilities include developing study materials, preparing practice questions,



analyzing previous-year questions, assessing student performance, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also mentor students on answer-writing techniques, examination strategies, and effective revision methods. This is a full time, on-site role based in Samastipur Bihar.

Qualifications
- Strong academic and conceptual knowledge of Geography and related disciplines.
- Experience teaching students for UPSC and BPSC Prelims and Mains examinations.
- Ability to explain complex geographical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and preparation of structured course content.
- Ability to integrate current affairs, maps, case studies, and real-world examples into classroom teaching.
- Experience in preparing study materials, MCQs, previous-year question analysis, and Mains answer-writing guidan
