Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and services.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects such as renovations, upgrades, or emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of property inventory.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in facility management or property management industry.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing residential properties.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
