About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Developer / Tester (02 years' experience) with a solid foundation in Python and hands-on exposure to Django. This role suits a fresher or early-career developer who has gained practical experience through an internship, previous job, or a substantial academic/personal project.





Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test backend applications using Python and Django
- Work on APIs, backend logic, database interactions, and application workflows
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable Python code
- Debug backend issues and identify root causes of application errors
- Perform functional and API-level testing of backend features
- Identify, document, and track bugs, working with the dev team to resolve them
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate requirements into backend features
- Perform basic database operations and understand data flow across the backend
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment
- Work with basic DevOps practices Git, deployment workflows, environments, application logs
- Help ensure the platform's stability, reliability, and performance
