Role Description
The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement of materials, services, and vendors for construction and development projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with project schedules and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, site engineers,



and finance teams to forecast needs, optimize costs, and maintain accurate purchase records. The Sourcing Manager will monitor supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, and support continuous improvement in sourcing processes, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Robust procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor identification, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Experience managing construction or real estate supply chains, including building materials, services, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to analyze costs, compare quotations, and make data-driven decisions to optimize budgets and timelines.
- Solid understanding of procurement policies, compliance, and basic commercial and contractual terms.
