Position: HRBP Intern – Rewards & Recognition

Candidates based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR are preferred, given the in office nature of this role

Pristyn Care is looking for an HRBP Intern to independently own and drive our Rewards & Recognition function. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-oriented individual who enjoys planning events, engaging with employees, and bringing creative energy to workplace culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HRBP Intern for Rewards & Recognition, you will be responsible for:

Planning and executing employee recognition programs and celebrations end to end

Owning logistics and coordination for engagement events and internal functions

Driving collaboration with cross-functional teams for event execution

Creating and managing communication and content for R&R; announcements





Tracking and analyzing employee participation and engagement metrics

Students currently in 1st or 2nd year of college (any stream)

Available for a full time, in-office internship

Available for the full 3-month duration

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Prior experience hosting/emceeing events (college fests, workshops, cultural functions)

Comfortable speaking in front of large groups/on mic

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Creativity and content-writing ability

Strong ownership mindset and self-driven execution
