Job Overview:
Gantavyam is hiring a Part-Time Senior Executive – Ticketing to support on-ground operations at the assigned location. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling bookings, and onboarding auto-rickshaw drivers onto the platform. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in public dealing, field coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information to passengers about Gantavyam services and benefits.
- Assist passengers in completing the booking process.
- Guide passengers regarding fare, destination entry, and payment process.
- Coordinate with passengers and drivers for smooth ride allocation.
- Approach auto-rickshaw drivers at the assigned location and nearby areas.
- Explain the benefits of joining the Gantavyam platform.
- Onboard interested drivers by collecting required details and documents.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure service availability.
- Support smooth on-ground operations and report field issues to the reporting manager.




- Maintain professionalism and follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer handling, field work, driver/vendor onboarding, operations, or sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable interacting with passengers and auto-rickshaw drivers.
- Basic understanding of digital/mobile-based booking process.
- Responsible, proactive, and field-oriented personality.
