Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using various modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and ITSM.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
