Role Description
The Meta Ads Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Day-to-day tasks include setting up ad campaigns, managing budgets, tracking performance, and adjusting targeting and creatives to meet campaign objectives. The role involves collaborating with creative and production teams to align ads with brand messaging, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports,



and recommending strategies to improve reach and conversion. The Meta Ads Manager will also stay current with platform updates, best practices, and trends to ensure campaigns are effective and compliant with Meta policies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive campaign objectives, audience engagement, and conversions.
- Candidates should possess Advertising expertise, including Meta Ads Manager proficiency and understanding of digital ad formats and targeting.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Experience with campaign analytics tools, data interpretation, and reporting on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
