Job Summary
Maxwell Global Software is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will support our HR department in building a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Maxwell Global Software: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts

Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances




- Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work workplace
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals

HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS)
- Process attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Prepare HR letters (experience, relieving, confirmation, etc.)
- Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready

Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., as applicable)

Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development needs
- Support skill-gap analysis and learning initiatives

Exit Management
- Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and full & final settlement coordination
