- Teach and support students from primary school grades in their academic and overall development.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the school curriculum.
- Explain concepts clearly using simple language, activities, examples, and visual aids.
- Maintain effective communication with students, ensuring they understand lessons and feel comfortable asking questions.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, mathematical, and basic problem-solving skills.
- Create a positive, friendly, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom discipline while maintaining a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Monitor students’ academic progress, participation, behaviour, and learning needs.
- Conduct class tests, assignments, activities, and assessments and provide constructive feedback.




- Identify students who need additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Encourage confidence, creativity, teamwork, and good social behaviour among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress and behaviour.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and extracurricular programs.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
- Use solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and child-friendly learning environment.
