Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, connecting with prospective customers over phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels, understanding their EV charging requirements,



and converting enquiries into sales.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, following up consistently, achieving targets, and building a rewarding career in one of India's fastest-growing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through inbound enquiries, cold calling, databases, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Connect with prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, including their EV model, charging needs, parking setup, electrical infrastructure, and preferred charging solution.
- Recommend suitable ZeroFootprint EV chargers and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, advantages, pricing, installation requirements, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposal
