Execute category marketing initiatives with excellence across product management, GTM rollouts, brand communication, and operational coordination. The role ensures focuses on hands-on execution, solid cross-functional alignment, preparation of marketing assets, market insights, data reporting and accurate, timely delivery of all category requirements. Supports the Category Marketing Lead by managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining data and documentation, and ensuring seamless implementation of category plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product & Category Operations Support • Maintain key category datadashboards, SKU details, pricing sheets, and product cataloguesto ensure accuracy and readiness for reviews. • Prepare and update core product documentation including spec sheets, packaging briefs, feature sheets, and launch checklists. • Coordinate required cross-functional inputs and approvals for product readiness, ensuring packaging and regulatory accuracy. • Handle lifecycle tasks such as packaging updates, SKU changes, and product information maintenance.



• Collect market and competition insights and organize them for use in category planning and decision-making.

2. Marketing Communication & Creative Execution • Create and manage marketing collaterals: leaflets, PDP content, catalogue pages, product imagery briefs, and POSM assets. • Support development of campaign briefs with category insights and USP articulation • Support execution of ATL/BTL/digital campaigns by coordinating with creative agencies, digital partners, and media vendors. • Maintain and update campaign asset libraries; ensure adherence to brand guidelines. • Help track campaign performance metrics, media outputs, and maintain documentation for internal reviews.
