Job Summery

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients.
- Generate leads and arrange meetings with prospective customers.
- Promote company products/services and understand client requirements.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with Government clients, departments, and organizations.
- Handle IT sales and have a strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client information.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Required Skills and Qualification
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Prior experience dealing with Government clients/tenders and knowledge of Government procurement processes will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT Sales, including IT products, solutions, and services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
