Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production professional with 810 years of hands-on experience in agrochemical manufacturing, preferably in Mancozeb or 2,4-D Derivatives. The

candidate will be responsible for executing production activities, ensuring safe plant operations,

achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, and complying with EHS and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and ensure achievement of shift and monthly production targets.
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other process equipment.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing procedures, and process parameters.
- Maintain optimum yield, productivity, and product quality while minimising process losses.




- Coordinate with Maintenance, Utility, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of batch records, logbooks, and production reports.
- Monitor raw material consumption and ensure productive utilisation of resources.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, permit-to-work systems, and safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
- Lead and supervise shift operators and contract manpower to ensure smooth production operations.
- Participate in troubleshooting, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with 5S and GMP practices.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry.
