Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner at Senior Consultant rank to drive the execution of digital products and platforms by translating business needs into clear, actionable and value-driven product requirements. The role requires strong product ownership, backlog management, agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to connect product decisions to measurable business value, outcomes and benefits realization. The core focus of the role remains Product Management-owning the product backlog, shaping user-centric requirements, enabling agile delivery and supporting adoption-while bringing practical exposure to value management concepts such as value cases, KPI definition, outcome tracking, prioritization by value and continuous value realization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in at least one sector or business domain, with life sciences/healthcare knowledge considered a solid advantage, and will work closely with business, engineering, data and design teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that create clear user and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features, user stories and enhancements are clearly defined, prioritized and aligned to business value.
- Translate business needs, user feedback and domain requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements for delivery teams.
- Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering, architecture and UX teams to shape solution requirements and deliver high-quality product increments.
- Support the execution of digital product initiatives, with awareness of business value, user needs and technical feasibility.
- Apply value management principles to support prioritization decisions, linking epics, features and user stories to expected business outcomes, user impact, adoption goals and measurable value.
