Role Purpose:

Drive organizational performanceimprovement through process excellence, operational efficiency, digitaltransformation, and enhanced user experience. The role is responsible foridentifying improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional projects, deployingLean methodologies, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring sustainableimplementation of solutions.

Key Responsibility Area:
- Assessbusiness processes to identify improvement opportunities, inefficiencies, anduser experience gaps.




- Leadcross-functional improvement projects from chance identification throughimplementation and benefit realization.
- Conduct rootcause analysis and facilitate development of corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify anddrive process digitization and automation opportunities.
- Analyzeperformance data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights tostakeholders.
- Develop andstandardize SOPs, process documentation, and best practices.
- Promote aculture of continuous improvement through coaching, facilitation, andstakeholder engagement.

Required Education &Experience;:
- Post Graduate with relevant experience in Quality, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement,or Operational Excellence roles.
- 10+ years in process excellence or operational excellence roles.
