Job Description – Visual Merchandiser:
- Develop new seasonal window concepts, props, and other VM elements in line with brand guidelines and seasonal requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for sample windows, prototypes, props, and new VM elements, ensuring timely execution and quality.
- Create and manage brand packs, seasonal planograms, and recent store planograms effectively as per brand guidelines and store requirements.
- Ensure timely implementation of planograms across stores and conduct regular reviews to maintain VM standards.
- Conduct store visits during seasonal changeovers to evaluate VM execution, identify gaps, and guide store teams on the correct display standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and regional VM teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of VM initiatives.
