- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a protected working environment.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement changes and optimize production workflows.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular production reports detailing key performance indicators, production outputs, and any issues encountered.

7. Warehousing Management
- Strategically plan and manage warehouse operations to ensure optimum utilisation of space, manpower, infrastructure and resources.
- Lead and monitor 3PL/contract warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, service levels, cost and operational standards.
