About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers to join our Professional Services team. The selected candidates will be trained on leading OEM technologies, including Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, and HCL BigFix, and will work towards building expertise in implementation, deployment,



migration, configuration, and post-deployment support.

This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a career in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and enterprise technology implementation. Selected candidates will undergo structured technical training and will be encouraged to pursue relevant OEM certifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, deployment, configuration, and migration of OEM solutions.
- Work on customer projects under the guidance of experienced Skilled Services engineers.
- Gain hands-on experience with Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, and HCL BigFix technologies.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities.
