Job Description

We are looking for a creative and highly experienced Visual Merchandising & Showroom Styling Manager to lead the visual presentation and styling of our luxury furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong creative ideas, excellent aesthetic sense, and the ability to create premium, inspiring customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for showroom displays, furniture arrangements, and styling.
- Plan and execute seasonal, thematic, and promotional visual displays.
- Create attractive room settings and lifestyle displays that showcase products effectively.
- Ensure the showroom reflects a luxury, premium, and aspirational brand image.
- Regularly refresh displays and introduce new styling concepts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Marketing, and Purchase teams.
- Research the latest trends in furniture, interiors, décor, colours,



and styling.
- Plan display layouts based on customer movement and product visibility.
- Manage visual merchandising guidelines and ensure consistency across the showroom.
- Lead and guide the VM/styling team to execute concepts effectively.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent creative thinking and a solid eye for aesthetics.
- Must be someone who can bring fresh and innovative ideas to showroom styling.
- Strong understanding of luxury furniture, interiors, décor, colours, textures, and space planning.
- Experience in luxury furniture, interior, home décor, furnishing, or premium retail is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to convert creative concepts into practical showroom displays.
- Proficiency in relevant design/presentation tools will be an advantage.
