Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate Sector) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in property sales and marketing, leading revenue growth and maintaining high standards of client engagement. Key Requirements & Qualifications Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Specialization or prior experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory) Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing Age Eligibility: 30+ years Training: Includes a 3-month initial training period Key Skills: Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Compensation & Advantages Monthly Base Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month Incentive Bonus: Opportunities to earn massive incentives ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+
