Webinar Marketing & Growth Executive

We are looking for a hands-on marketing person to own our webinars end-to-end — from planning and messaging to registrations, attendance, conversion, and post-webinar follow-up.

This is not just an execution role. We want someone who can think about the entire funnel, understand what is working and what isn’t, and continuously improve the results.

What you’ll be responsible for

* Plan and execute webinars from start to finish.

* Develop webinar topics, positioning, messaging, landing pages, registration campaigns, and promotional creatives.

* Manage the complete funnel: Reach → Registration → Attendance → Engagement → Lead → Conversion.

* Run campaigns across WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, paid ads, and other relevant channels.

* Track key metrics such as registrations, cost per registration, show-up rate, engagement, qualified leads, and conversions.

* Analyze funnel drop-offs and identify opportunities to improve performance.

* Experiment with different topics, hooks, messaging, creatives, audiences,



and follow-up strategies.

* Coordinate with the content, sales, design, and webinar teams to ensure smooth execution.

* Work closely with the sales team to ensure webinar leads are properly qualified and followed up.

* Build post-webinar nurture and conversion journeys.

* Maintain a regular webinar calendar and continuously improve webinar performance.

Who we’re looking for

* 6+ months of experience in webinars, digital marketing, growth marketing, lead generation, or a similar role — webinar experience is preferred.

* Someone who understands basic marketing funnels and lead-generation principles.

* Solid communication and copywriting skills.

* Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email marketing, landing pages, social media, CRM and basic analytics tools.

* Data-oriented and comfortable looking at numbers to understand what is working.
