Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented skilled to lead the academic assessment of prospective students while also supporting the admissions process and content development initiatives. This is a multi-faceted role that blends academic understanding, communication, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Assessment
- Design and conduct assessments for prospective students across grade levels
- Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback to the admissions team
- Ensure assessments align with the school’s academic philosophy and standards
- Maintain records and reports of student evaluations

2. Admissions Support (Calling & Follow-ups)
- Connect with prospective parents to guide them through the admissions process




- Handle admission-related queries with clarity and warmth
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a strong conversion funnel
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing

3. Student Admission Records & Documentation
- Support the team with the admission records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and systematically stored basis the policy of the organization.

4. Content Development & Curation
- Develop and curate engaging academic and communication content (internal & external)
- Support creation of newsletters, assessment formats, school communication, and basic marketing content
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for consistent messaging
