We’re hiring for Manager Revenue to drive revenue growth across our media and advertising client base in Delhi NCR.
What You’ll Do
- Own the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closure, and relationship management.
- Identify and acquire new clients across media, advertising, digital, publishing, and allied industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant Unstop solutions to solve their business and talent needs.
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations with a strong focus on business value and ROI.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers acrossHR, Talent Acquisition, Business, and Media teams.
- Drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and regular reporting.
- Take complete ownership of understanding the media brief and translating it into a sharp, relevant pitch deck that addresses the client’s objectives and business requirements.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in Media, Advertising, Digital Media, AdTech, MarTech, HR Tech, or related industries.
- Strong experience in current business acquisition and hunting.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales/revenue targets.
