Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through
cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, digital platforms, and other lead-generation channels
.
- Connect with
international prospects and clients
and understand their professional training and education requirements.
- Promote
KEN Institute's Executive Education Programs, HSE Certifications, Corporate Safety Training, and other professional programs
.
- Conduct professional sales calls and explain course/program benefits clearly to prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and conduct online consultations or meetings with prospective international clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
