Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our Logistics & Transport operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining shipment and vehicle records, updating Excel sheets/system entries, and coordinating with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update shipment, vehicle, dispatch and delivery data in the system.
- Maintain daily records of inward/outward shipments and transportation activities.
- Verify LR/transport documents, invoices, PODs and other logistics documents.
- Update shipment status and maintain accurate records in MS Excel/ERP.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports as required.
- Coordinate with the Transport, Operations,



Drivers and Warehouse teams for data-related issues.
- Check and correct discrepancies in vehicle numbers, shipment details and other records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
- Ensure all data is entered accurately and within the required timeline.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Logistics, Transport, Warehouse or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics/transport operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
