About the Role

We are looking for a
Founder's Office / Growth & GTM Intern
who will work directly with the founders on business development, market expansion, customer acquisition, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.

This is not a traditional internship. You will be expected to identify problems, find opportunities, and execute without waiting for detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new customers, markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Build and manage B2B lead-generation and sales pipelines.
- Research potential customers and decision-makers across India and international markets.




- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products, services, and business opportunities.
- Conduct customer discovery and understand market requirements.
- Reach out to potential customers and partners through LinkedIn, email, databases, events, and other channels.
- Build relationships with OEMs, recyclers, manufacturers, critical-mineral companies, research institutions, and other industrial organizations.
- Support customer onboarding, proposals, negotiations, and deal execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research using AI and other research tools.
- Work on strategic projects directly with the founders across growth, business development, marketing, and operations.
- Identify current business models or opportunities that BlackMass Energies can build and take ownership of execution.
