Job Title: Senior Server Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Server Infrastructure Engineer to provide senior-level engineering, administration, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support for enterprise server infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware vSphere, DNS, DHCP, AWS, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and enterprise infrastructure operations.

Mandatory Requirement

Hands-on experience in either Citrix OR Nutanix is mandatory. Candidates must have strong practical experience in at least one of these technologies.

Key Responsibilities




- Provide senior-level engineering and technical support for enterprise server infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Build, configure, and administer Windows and Linux virtual machines.
- Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments.
- Manage and support Citrix OR Nutanix infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
- Configure and manage relevant AWS services; Azure exposure is an added advantage.
- Perform Windows, Linux, and AWS server patch management.
- Troubleshoot IIS and application hosting environments.
- Manage file services, print servers, and related Windows infrastructure.
- Monitor server infrastructure, critical links, system health, performance, and logs.
- Respond to server incidents and troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues.
