We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience in designing responsive web and mobile experiences. Experience with D2C, e-commerce, or Shopify is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive UI/UX for D2C e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
- Work on key journeys such as Homepage, PLP, PDP, Search, Cart, Checkout, Login, Wishlist, and Order Tracking.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Conduct competitor research, user journey analysis, and usability research to identify UX improvements.
- Create UI variations for A/B testing and CRO.
- Collaborate with Product, Developers, Marketing, Creative, and Account teams.
- Prepare developer-ready designs and ensure accurate implementation.
- Present design decisions and contribute to client discussions.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication,



Digital Media, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, layouts, spacing, color theory, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of e-commerce customer journeys and design handoff.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Positive to Have:
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with D2C brands, e-commerce, or digital agencies.
- Mobile app design experience for Android/iOS.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility, CRO, A/B testing, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Analytics.
