We are looking for a Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Manage staff, schedules, and targets across departments
- Monitor quality, cost, and delivery timelines
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle customer complaints, vendor coordination, and inventory
- Prepare reports on performance, sales, and operational efficiency
- Drive process improvements to reduce cost and increase output
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
